All orders are shipped with Australia Post, departing Perth, Western Australia 6110. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via e-mail (you can watch GlowDry™ come to you!) Please ensure you provide a safe address for your shipment.

All shipping is quoted in Australian Dollars.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being received from Monday to Saturday - leaving Perth Western Australia - 6110 - Any order placed after 12pm on Saturday's will be dispatched the following Monday.

GlowDry Australia is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Australian Postal System, nor are we responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer’s address, it is up to the customer to claim any late, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier.
For international orders, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer; GlowDry Australia does not collect these prior to shipment. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.
