Here’s How Spray Tan Artists Should Apply GlowDry Powders:

1. After spraying your client, use your gun’s hose to dry the client for a few moments.
2. Then, grab your GlowDry powder of choice. If you prefer to spray the powder on your client, then from about six inches away use the GlowDry Spray Bottleand spray onto their skin starting at the neck and working your way down. After spritzing on a section, use the Body Brush to press the powder into the skin — making sure the body is fully covered. If you prefer the loose powder in a jar and a brush, then opt for the Starter Kit and dab the brush into the powder and press the brush into the client’s skin, again, starting at the neck and working your way down.
3. After applied, ask your client if they still feel particularly sticky anywhere and apply a bit more powder to those areas. Be sure to pay special attention to areas that are prone to stickiness like under the boobs, butt, inside of the elbows, behind the knees, and the neck and chest area. Body parts that bend are more susceptible to a smudged tan.
4. Finally, after the client is covered and the powder is pressed into the skin, they are free to get dressed and marvel over their fresh tan.
